CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

PRIVACY POLICY - Definition

Personal data: personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e. a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to that person.

 

Processing of personal data: the processing of personal data includes any operation or set of operations which relates to such data, regardless of the process used, and in particular collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction.

COLLECTED DATA

We collect data from Users in order to provide them with the services they expect when they log on to the site and to best perform the services they have chosen us to provide.

We collect the personal data you share with us when you contact us or interact with us on our website, applications, e-mail, telephone, stands and events or otherwise.

In addition, certain data is collected automatically due to the User's actions on the site (see the paragraph relating to cookies).

PURPOSE

The personal data that we collect during the provision of services or services are necessary for the execution of contracts concluded with the User, or to enable us to pursue our legitimate interests in compliance with the rights of the User. We do not transfer or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes, without the express consent of Users.

DATA RETENTION DURATION

To meet legal obligations or in order to have the necessary elements to assert our rights, we may archive the data under the conditions provided for by the regulations.

Thus, the personal data collected by Synneo relating to the identity and contact details of its Users are archived for a maximum period of 3 (three) years after the termination of contractual relations for the Client Users, or from their collection. by the data controller or the last contact from the Prospect User for data relating to the latter.

The termination of contractual relations is understood as the express termination of the contract by the User.

USER RIGHTS

In accordance with the regulations, the User benefits from the rights of access and rectification of personal data concerning him, which allow him to rectify, complete, update or delete data which is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, expired or whose collection, use, communication or conservation is prohibited.

The User also benefits from the rights to request limitation of processing, and to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of their personal data. The User may also communicate instructions on the fate of their personal data in the event of death.

When applicable, the User may request the portability of their data, or, when the processing has consent as its legal basis, withdraw their consent at any time.

The User will be able to access detailed information on the use of their personal data, in particular concerning the purposes of the processing, the legal bases allowing us to process the data, their retention periods, their recipients and, where applicable, transfers thereof to a non-member country of the European Union as well as the guarantees implemented.
